I believe a relaxed session with plenty of time for changes of clothes and scenery creates relaxed diverse portraits. Being a custom photographer I will only photograph one session a day. This allows my focus to be entirely on you, creating unique, elegant, hand tailored portraits.
All portrait sessions are photographed on location. If you prefer a studio setting I am happy to arrange one at an additional cost. I bring the highest quality professional Nikon digital cameras and lenses, and studio lighting if needed. I am currently shooting with the Nikon D3.
We begin the session by looking at the different options for locations in your home, or location of your choice, and discuss certain pictures you might have in mind.
Since I schedule your session for three hours we can take as little or as much time as we need. We will have time to change locations, clothing, and allow everyone to become used to the camera. I find most sessions last about two to three hours. Newborn sessions typically last the full three, those little ones like to take a few more breaks, and there is no rush. I am patient and want you to be content and comfortable. Please keep the day of your photo session relaxed and open with no pressing engagements.
